Resolved question:
Hi,
My question is about mycoplasma genitalium. I had oral sex in mid september. I used a condom and used it properly (it did not break). I am not too worried that I could have gotten mycoplasma genitalium the traditonal way.
But,
I read online that "It can also be transmitted by sex toys and hands and fingers if they have been in contact with an infected person's genitals or anus"
Is this even true?
I did not touch her butthole (I think that is the anus right?), but I touched her buttock area and touched her vagina (but only for a second or two...not very long at all)
I did not see any infections on her. Not even a tiny spot....
Is it possible that I may have gotten this STD? .
I have not developed any syptoms in the past few months since I received the oral sex. Also, I have never had any symptons since I have been sexually active (since I was 20..I am now 25...)

Hello,
Thank you for your consult at DoctorSpring.com.
One can certainly counteract the infections from sex toys and the touch of person's vagina or anus. However, as you have remarked that the lady appeared to be clean and hence you should not worry about them.
However, you shall certainly merit evaluation if you develop any symptoms.
Take care. Please feel free to discuss further.
Sincerely
