I understand your concern.
Unfortunately hepatitis is a viral infection, so antibiotics won't work.
Silymarin is a newer compound, available in syrup form, so you can discuss with your local physician and start treatment with Silymarin to prevent further liver damage.
The nausea and vomiting can be controlled by Ondansetron 4 mg each time before meals.
Also for diarrhea, Loperamide can be taken to control the frequency, however diet change to a bland diet as well as adequate water is what you will need more than medicines.
