Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I have read details of your question. It looks that you are suffering from severe arthritis of hip ,knee & shoulder.
If you want to take a safe medicine which does not hurt your stomach then you should have a combination of tramadol with paracetamol .I used to prescribe ULTRACET for such pain. With this it will be better to have an antacid as to prevent any mild acidity like pantaprazole with domperidone.
Hope this will help you.
Feel free to discuss further,
With best wishes.
