I have mild loose motions for 5-6 days. I am eating lightly and avoiding certain kind of foods, but its not improving. I am 23 year old male, and have no other medical condition.

You seem to have acute gastroenteritis, probably caused by a virus. Simply put this is an infection in the stomach. This kind of infection can upset the normal functioning of the bowel for some time even if the infection has resolved. This may take upto 2 weeks.
You can take regular food, but avoid milk and milk products. You can take a medication called Racecadotril (T.Enuff) thrice daily for two days. (You should get a prescription and consult from your Doctor as we do not offer online consultation) The symptoms should resolve by then. If not then you will have to take a course of antibiotics.
