Thank you for using Ask a Doctor Service from Doctor Spring. Avoid too much travel now, if you are travelling for long time then make sure you take breaks in between and walk for some time. . Don't sit for more than 90 minutes without getting up and walking around. Now, to confirm that baby is doing good inside womb, I would advise you to consult a Gynaecologist and get an screening ultrasound done. A Doppler foetal heart sound examination can tell about the heart function and health of the baby which will be done by the gynaecologist and followed by this a screening ultrasound of the baby can tell about baby's wellbeing, cord location and condition and cervical length which will determine any risk posed by your travel if any. If necessary your doctor might ask for CTG test which will monitor baby's heart function over a period of 10-15 minutes. So without a delay, take appointment from Gynaecologist, provided that you are not having any episodes of bleeding or spotting following this travel, your baby is most likely expected to be doing good and you need not worry too much. Hope this helps, Thank you
