You have symptoms suggestive of vertigo. Do you have any recent history of throat or ear infection? Or any viral infection in the recent past?
Any history of HTN/ DM/ or any other cardiac disorders previously?
Did you get your BP checked recently? Also, do you have any history if anemia?
