Hello,
Thanks for your query at DoctorSpring.com.
Do you have history of excessive sweating now a days?
With the available details and attached pics, there appears to be high chances of atopic or contact dermatitis. Atopic dermatitis may have family history.
Presence of red small macular lesion suggests the diagnosis. Condition may get worsen with Dry warm sweaty wheather and friction.
You should consult with internal medicine specialist/ dermatologist and should proper check up.
You should apply betamethasone/ clobetasol ointment twice in day on affected site.
You should wear soft cotton clothes and avoid sweating and friction. Avoid using talc powder; may worsen the status.
Take care, Let me know if you have other queries.

Yes I have been sweating. I just thought it was just from heat from summer since I do live in california but I have just recently moved back here. I was in Maryland for just a year then came back. I dont know about family history, besides mostly diabetics.
Hi,
There is increased chances of atopic dermatitis as it gets precipitated after severe sweating.
You should apply Betamethasone/ clobetasol ointment on affected site.
Sincerely,
Dr. Mayank Bhargava

Hi,
You have to consult with dermatologist and should take on written prescription.
