Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
Yes, I have reviewed all your reports and they are all within normal limits. HDL can vary, and it is 38, it is nothing to worry about.
In fact, based on your reports, you look to be in great shape.
Please feel free to discuss further,
Regards.

I am worried about sodium and ldl. Sodium Is below the limits and ldl very high

Yes, sodium is mildly low, but that can happen in the recovery stage of typhoid.
Did you have a lot of loose stools and were you dehydrated? That will explain the hyponatremia.
Regarding LDL, I would advise you dietary modification such as avoiding fats, ghee, too much oil, meat, e.t.c but more importantly you need to exercise daily for at least 30-45 minutes. Brisk walking is the best thing that you can do.
Feel free to discuss further,
Regards.

NO loose stool....but I drink 4 liter's of water daily....shouold I go on medication for low sodium....anything which will increase it...woll it ve okay

No there is no such medication for low sodium.
Infact if you drink too much water also, the sodium levels will come out to be low.
I would just request you to repeat your electrolyte profile after week, and share the reports.
We get sodium from the salt in our diet, so as long as you are eating food cooked with adequate salt, there are no issues.
