Is this looking like HERPES? No symptoms.

Resolved question:
Hi. I was wondering if you could tell me if this looks like herpes. This is after I squeezed and popped them. I have no other symptoms. Thank you.

There are no cluster of sores from what I can see. There was no itching or burning prior to the lesions. There was no rash and I have no history of herpes. They weren't painful until I applied pressure and tried to squeeze them, I didn't know they were there until I really looked. When I squeezed one of them, white puss and then blood came out. With the other one, blood and clear fluid came out. I also thought it could be something to with shaving and infected hair follicles.

Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I have seen the pictures you sent.
Though they are slightly blurry i could not see any clustering of sores, it rather looks more like scrotal dermatitis and a super added bacterial infection. However more history will help me in understanding what you have exactly. Can you briefly mention your exposure, to check for your chances of getting herpes?
Was there itching prior to you squeezing the lesion? Please avoid further squeezing them since it only worsend the infection, delaying the healing. Do you have any previous history of herpes? Did you develop any rash in the pubic area preceding the lesions?
Regards.

Hello,
Yes in absence of any rash or a clustering of painful sores, this seems more like a bacterial infection. It could be folliculitis, definitely and one of the spots look infected.
You need to start applying Neopsporin or Mupirocin ointment on the affected area, and it will resolve soon.
But please avoid further squeezing them,
You will need a prescription from your local physician for the antibiotic.
Regards.
