Increased burps associated with heaviness of the stomach could be due dysmotility dyspepsia and GERD. It might be probably be due to Gastroparesis where the stomach functions slowly. These symptoms can occur when you have diabetes or helicobacter pylori infection.
Please check your blood glucose level and also get an upper GI endoscopy and test for helicobacter pylori done.
For good bowel movements take high fiber diet and drink lot of fluids.

I dont hav diabetes.. Earlier a doctor said its IBS.. What to do?

The altered bowel habits could be due to IBS. Please follow the advice I have given in my previous post except checking the blood glucose level since you have said you do not have diabetes.
Get a stool test done.
Take librax at night and PPI in the morning.
