Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
Withdrawal symptoms are extremely common and the symptoms range from mild dizziness to the infamous brain zaps associated with Cymbalta, and occassionally flu-like symptoms.
But you have taken the drug only for 27 days and that is not enough to start withdrawal symptoms of Cymbalta. In other words, your exposure to Cymbalta has been pretty short and that won't cause the typical withdrawal symptoms that Cymbalta is known for.
Most patients who reported such withdrawal symptoms, have been using the drug for over 3 months at least. In some cases patients did not have any such adverse effects even after using the drug for 2 years. So even though it varies from individual to individual, but still 27 days is not enough to produce the withdrawal symptoms.
Feel free to discuss further,
Regards.
