Increased GRANULAR FORMS OF MEGACARYOCYTES in smears. Meaning?

Resolved question:
Smears are adequately cellular.erythroid precursors are normoblastic.myeloid precursors appear normal.blood blasts not increased. Megacaryocytes appears increased . Immature forms smooth
And granular forms of megacaryocytes are increased. Abnormal cell clumps seen.

This is the report of bone marrow test. What does it mean is it critical

the patient had a decrease in the blood cell count and was prescribed to take this tt.

With the background information of decreased blood cell count, was it only RBC or WBC or PLATELET or all the three (pancytopenia).
In that case an early consult with a hematologist is must to rule out certain important blood disorders.
It could also be indicative of a simple parvo infection.
So I need your complete hemogram reports ( CBC ) to guide you further.
