Hello. The first day of my last period was June 27th. I took 3 pregnancy tests and a blood test they all came out negative. I had sex with my fiancé august 2nd and he ejaculated in me. August 3rd and 4th I had light cramping but no bleeding. August 6th after sex I had some light bleeding into the following day then nothing at all. In the past I have been pregnant with negative pregnancy tests till the fourth month unfortunately the fetus was unhealthy and I had to abort. I am wondering if it's possible if I am pregnant and how would I know without a positive pregnancy test?

The best is to have a pelvic transvaginal ultrasound scan in conjunction with a blood ( B HCG ) pregnancy test ).
That would clarify any pregnancy if it exists and rule out other complications like a miscarriage or an ectopic pregnancy.
