Resolved question:
My son of 2.5 Years old has about following asthma excarbations:
1. June 2014
2. November 2014
In these two episodes he was hospitalized for worse asthma symptoms like stomach sucking in. He has around 4 to 5 times wheezing episodes in this year. Two times he was hospitalized before the age of two for the same problem and suffered from Brochitus at the age of 6 months and couple of wheezing episodes before the age of two.
Two weeks before doctor added Flaxotide and Singularair Pediatric 4mg daily. Its been 15 days we started this medicine but even then he started wheezing after 15 days despite continuous medicine. I have done a lot of online search and it seems to me that it is viral induced asthma because whenever there is Upper respiratory infection he wheezes after a day passes.
As we were not fully aware of proper Asthma medicine thats why he went to ER two times. Now I am fully aware of medicines and trying to control his Asthma symptoms.
Should I give Vintolin as needed or should I keep giving even the wheezing stops.
How much is the severity of his asthma looking at his history and how well it is controlled.

On reviewing your investigation reports, I presume the primary cancer
might possibly be situated in the lung and has subsequently
disseminated. However, the final biopsy report along with or without
the Immunohistochemistry can give us an idea on the final histology.
Spread to bone may not be the final state though the stage is Stage 4
in lung cancer, This needs a good treatment. Modern Oncology treatment
modalities have evolved a lot and new medications are available in
India.
There are lot of treatment options but I would like to wait until
biopsy is reported. Kindly revert back to me when report is ready.

Since the report is NHL, further investigation with IHC ( Immuno Histo Chemistry ) is essential. This seems to be a curable malignancy with newer drugs although some added tests are to be done.
You may seek further treatment at your place under a medical oncologist or can come to chennai if needing treatment under me . I am also a medical oncologist.
