Hi. My name is Tin and im 25 y/o. The first date of my last menstration was Feb.23,2015 and until now I dont have my menstration. im sexually active and I took pregnancy test three times already but its negative. Now im having headaches, back pain, cramps on the legs and sometimes cramp on the left side of my back waist. Now im experiencing dizziness even when im lying in bed or just sitting and hot flashes in the morning two days in a row now. What could this mean? im thinking im pregnant but i dont know exactly how it feels like, this is my first time. And im getting stress thinking about it everyday and analyzing what is happening to me.. My breast gets fuller and i was thingking maybe i will gonna have my period next week. Help pls. Hoping for your immidiate answer.. Thank you.

I understand your concern.
Though some of the symptoms you mentioned are felt in pregnancy, I will not attribute it to pregnancy as you have taken the urine tests and they have been negative. Urine tests are almost 99 % sensitive in ruling out pregnancy.
The symptoms could also indicate an hormonal imbalance, which can cause the periods to be delayed. It's been 5-6 days past your period due date, and I will request you to wait for another one week. By that time, if you do not get your period, you will need to meet a gynecologist and get your serum progesterone and estrogen evaluated.

Hi Good Day! I got my menstration last March 30 to April 6-7.. Me and my fiance wants to have a baby. When is the best time to conceive? and what are the best ways to get pregnant? I am taking vitamins & we have active sex. I tried ovulation strips, I got positive result this April 13. How will I know if we got succesfully concieve? Thank you.

If you ovulated around 13th of April, you must have had intercourse with your partner that day.
The best way to get pregnant is to have repeated intercourse on the day of ovulation.
You can continue this for 3 months, till you conceive.
Take a pregnancy test after 2 weeks, and if you're pregnant it will show up.
