I have noted your symptoms.
The commonest cause of repeated headaches on one side is migraine.
The other cause to be excluded would be a pinched nerve in the neck region.
Since you have frequent headaches, you would benefit from taking preventive medications such as beta blockers, divalproex or topiramate tablets.
For relief of pain, you may use etoricoxib or diclofenac tablets.
