Getting cuts in peritoneum with negative STD tests. Cause?

Resolved question:
Hi- for that last couple of months I have been getting the cuts on My perineum. It doesn't happen every month but it has been happening since the beginning of this year. I took an STD test today, but I have only been sleeping with one guy and the same with him. It only happens in one spot. It also doesn't start as a blister. I am so scared. Please help!

Hello,
Thanks for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
This does not appear to be an STD.
IT is more of a boil ( infection of the hair follicles / sweat glands in this area.
Relax.
This mostly goes away on its own.
It is prone to recurrence, particularly if you shave there / the area gets abraded during sex regularly.
Just avoid touching the area.
After a bowel movement, meticulously clean from front to back.
Apply Mupirocin / Bacitracin ointment on the area.
If this does not go away in a few days, or it keeps recurring, you may need to see your doctor to have a formal prescription for oral antibiotics to clear the infection for good.
All the best,

Please feel free to discuss further.

It looks like I tested positive for Herpes. I have never had an outbreak like from why I see on the Internet. I'm so confused. Are those numbers really high?

Hello,
Yes, this numbers are high.
You can only get this sexually from your partner.
Any chances of acquiring it before?
Regards.

I think this test may be wrong. I nor my boyfriend have had any outbreak like those online. How accurate can those test be? My bf shows no signs and neither do I. I just don't believe those results.

It could be.
There is always a 5 % chance of the tests being false positive.
You can get the tests repeated at a different laboratory. Also, your boyfriend should also get tested.
Regards.
