Hello.
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com.
I have noted your daughter's diagnosis, current symptoms and medications.
I would like to point out that though a small portion of tumor is left ebhind, it is better not to go for surgery or radiation therapy at this stage. This is because of likely complications.
Medications should be continued to control the seizures and headache. With the medications, she will have relief of symptoms and go on about her daily activities.
Commonly effective medications are levetiracetam, oxcarbazepine and topiramate tablets. You can discuss this with your neurologist.
I hope it helps. Please let me know if you have any queries.
Best wishes,

Senior Consultant Neurologist.
Thank you for getting back.
Please follow the medications as per Dr Vrajesh Udani.
Appointment with neurosurgeon is just for opinion, and it may not be for another surgery.
I feel she would be able to do well with medications and do well in her examinations.
Best wishes,
