Hello,
Thanks for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern
Basically what you are experiencing is not a side effect of the I pill.
You are most probably having a severe UTI ( Urinary Tract Infection ).
You need to submit your early morning urine sample for urine routine microscopic analysis, and a urine culture test.
That will confirm the infection, and tell you what kind of antibiotics will work best for it.
Meanwhile, please drink a lot of water ( at least 5 litres per day ) and lots of cranberry juice.
Also, avoid sex till this infection heals.
Just a word of caution - when taken so frequently, the I pill has side effects that are unpleasant and its efficacy as a contraceptive is lost.
Please switch to a regular birth control / contraceptive method.
All the best
Please feel free to discuss further.
