Please explain in layman's term what the information provided means. The patient is a 35 year old male and that was able to have MRI done but the referring physician is a GP and was unable to interpret results. He has been refereed to both a pain management and an orthopedic however he no longer has insurance so he has never found out what exactly is even going on.
