Dry pale skin, tingling in hands. NERVOUS SYSTEM problem?

Resolved question:
I'm still looking to solve my complex medical issue which started after a failed treatment in a German Hollistic Clinic. I have some more clues now.

By ruling out close to every other possibility I'm pretty confident now that my health problems are related to inflicted damage to my nervous system. I was treated by someone who had no clue how to use this instrument: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HefHHmVdpt0 ( MagnaCharger Pro) and I believe they damaged me big time with it.

My symptoms :

Dry skin:
From one day to another my entire bodyskin dried out. Since it's not related to an inability to sweat (i sweat easily) I concluded that my oil producing / sebaceous glands collectively stopped working. My skin looks pale but fairly normal but when I stretch it, it just cracks - all over my body. Showering is close to impossible without using bodylotion afterwards.

Tingling in hand and feet / neuropathy:
From that day i also have 24/7 slight tingling in both hand and feet. Two triggers can make it considerably worse : eating food / drinking (any substance so it's definately not glucose or allergy related) and being active. The interesting thing about this is that I never feel any tingling during moving around. I only feel it when i sit or lay down. When I wake up it's gone only to come back quick after waking up.

Cognitive decline:
Like with the tingling, eating also has an effect on my brain. I now reduced my food intake to 3 times a day, and together with a supplement called Acetyl-L-Carnetine i can manage myself. As soon as i start eating more times a day or don't take this supplement my cognitive function declines quite rapidly

Cracking joints :
At the same moment the skin happened i also noticed that my joint were cracking a lot more and this has been slowly increasing this last year. It started in my left arm and now it's close to everywhere on my body.

Questions that come to mind; What parts of my neurological system could be damaged her; what part of the nervoussystem controls the sebaceous glands ? and do you have any idea why food and being active make my symptoms worse ? This all leads to one big question ; would you be able from a neurological perspective to connect the dots regarding the relationship between all my symptoms ?

Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
I have noted your symptoms. The symptoms are suggestive of peripheral neuropathy along with mild cognitive impairment.
Tingling and numbness are common symptoms of small fiber (nerves of smaller diameter located in hands and feet) neuropathy. Dryness of skin also occur in neuropathy. The nerves controlling them are located in the skin themselves.
Cognitive impairment is due to brain dysfunction, which could be related to vitamin deficiencies such as B12, thiamine, pyridoxine, etc. In addition, metabolic derangement (in glucose, sodium, etc) should also be excluded.
I hope it helps.
Best wishes,

Dear dr Sudhir,
I'm in a pretty advanced stage of trying to understand what has happened to me, so while i do understand you name the first things that come to mind, those off course have been excluded long time ago with the appropriate testing.
The damage I got is from a special device which is able to send very high intesity electromagnetic pulses through ones body.
I'm trying to find out which part(s) of my nervoussystem have been damaged by it, given I have a pretty weird set of symptoms that are definately related (since they all started together) .
Hopefully you can think a little bit out of the box with me, since I don't think there are many documented cases like this. I hope you have a clue.
Thanks in advance.
Best regards,
Geoffrey

I have given you my opinion.
I feel the cognitive dysfunction is due to metabolic derangements and the same can be ruled out.
Regards.
