Resolved question:
Hello doctor,
I am 40 years old and have enjoyed sex with my wife thoroughly for the last 15 years, but suddenly I find that I am not feeling the urge to have sex. This has been happening for the last one month and whenever I try to have sex, I find my libido decreased. I am depressed about it and am worried about the reactions of my wife if this goes long. Please advise me on what to do.

Thanks for your question. It seems that there has been a break for a certain period of time in having sex with your wife, for which reason you are having erectile dysfunction. This may be due to low production of testosterone or fatigue, anxiety or depression. I would advise you to have a daily workout for about 15 minutes in lifting heavy weight and sprinting. Try to overcome any depression by consulting a psychiatrist and get yourself exposed to the sun as much as possible. Ensure that you have a good night’s sleep and take Vitamin D supplements. Have mono saturated fat like Avocado and peanut oil. Avoid taking food that increase your blood sugar level. Wish you a happy married life hereafter.
