Resolved question:
I am 27 years old patientold virgin and i guess i have partial phimosis, though not sure if it just a tight foreskin problem. I am able to retract my foreskin easily behind my penis head when limp. However when fully erect it is very difficult to retract. But after pulling with force it retracts just behind the head and ring is formed (Please see image). Still it is kind of uncomfortable and i am sure it will be trouble during intercourse. Please examine using the images i have uploaded at different conditions (erect, limp) and let me know if it is NORMAL and whether some natural remedy is needed. I do not want to undergo circumcision.

Your foreskin is certainly tight when penis is erect and must be painful.
You should daily apply any over the counter steroid cream on the inside of foreskin. This shall thin out the skin and allow you to normal retraction even when erect.

Also please me know if this condition is serious enough to cause difficulty during intercourse and if i really require a surgery.

You can use betnovate N twice daily for 4 weeks. If the skin loosens then you don't need to do anything. However if it stays tight then you shall require surgery. Intercourse shall be painful with tight foreskin and certainly needs to be corrected.
