Delayed, long periods with abnormal PLATELET, MCH, MCHC, ESR.

Resolved question:
doctor my blood tests have come abnormal with my platelet-433*10^9/L,HB-108g/L, MCH-22pg,MCHC-291g/L,ESR-52mm/hr,creatinine-43umol/L,Vitamin D-16nmol/L.Currently i have been having fever for past 12 days.my periods are delayed by 15 days and not there yet.i got blood tests which give the above mentioned reports.

This month ,My periods have been delayed for 15 days and still not there .From december- march i had long periods of 12 days and profuse bleeding but after that it has been scanty. while the long periods i had a 2 -3 day long brown discharge earlier before proper periods started.During the time i used to have hot flushes etc.while i got my ultraasound done in which my endometrial wall was thickened.

This all followed a stress period of about 2 months which was hard for me from november-december2014.

While having sex i have pain and the opening seems so constricted that i am unable to have sex which never happened earlier but been a problem for past few months.

I had roxithromycin -150mg twice daily for 3 days after which i am feeling better with fever but still not able to track the reason. please guide. i am concerned about the rise in plasma and decreased creatinine levels doctor.

Hi doctor, thanks for your reply. i normally used to have normal periods before december which was a little longer than 4 weeks. after that in january february and march i had longer and more profuse periods with 12 days each of periods and initial 2-3 days was a brownish discharge, and followed by normal periods. i am not sexually very active. but both times we tried it in april and last week , it was difficult and painful for me. now my periods are delayed this time to more then 15 days and still not there this month. i took roxithromycin from last time as the fever was not going down from antipyretics so i thought of having an antibiotic if i had an infection. my age is 32 yrs, weight is 65kgs and height is 5'2". i am not pregnent and havent been pregnant anytime in my life.i dont have continuous fever . its more towards the evening part of the day.the ultrasound report is around 6 months old doctor.also doctor i wanted to mention that i underwent gall bladder removal at the age of 19 years. i have high cholesterol after some time from it. also i had oral contraceptives twice in 2014 in january and june last year after which i had profuse bleeding so i never dared to have them again but the periods were for the normal time as they normally used to be. (They were profuse that's it) no doctor i am not pregnent and havent been pregnent for my life till now. doctor i have three more images to send u but not uploading because only five are allowed and i cant delete the uploaded ones too, so if you will reply i will again send the rest of the attachments.thanks doctor.

You should not be having a problem with intercourse.
Please consult an OB - GYN, you might be having vaginismus, a condition that inhibits co operation during sex.
Counselling and use of dilators will help you, it will be taught by your gynec.
Also, Have you taken a pregnancy test ?
You need an internal exam, a Pap smear, a pelvic ultrasound scan done transvaginally.
That will reveal the reason for irregular cycles.
Measure your temperature over the next few days, and do not take antibiotics without indication or prescription.
You need vitamin D supplements.
Take Shelcal - D3 daily for 3 months 1 tablet daily.
Take care.

IT is a test done to assess the cervix.
It can rule out causes of irregular spotting such as a cervical erosion, polyp etc.
