Hi Doctor Rodney, my friend is suffering from dark spots on her face. I am just worrying would that be something is wrong with her inner body. i am worrying that was because of the liver disease that cause it to happen. Could you give me some advise about what should i do?

I think you are talking about 'spider naevi' which are spots seen in individual with liver disease, specifically cirrhosis. But the opposite is not always true. That means presence of spider naevi does not always indicate liver disease.
Moreover the dark spots you mention is highly unlikely to be spider naevi. Face being an sun exposed area can develop various dermatological manifestation and these under normal circumstance does not indicate an internal disease. I assume that your friend is in good general health otherwise. Hope this helps
