Hi. I have what appears to be a dark reddish-purple spot on the bottom of my labia majors. It doesn't cause any pain. It is smooth. And isn't really raised. At first I thought it could be an ingrown hai scar but it has been there for quite some time. The redness blanches when pressure is applied and has what looks like a white line through it.

I can understand your concern.
This seems to be lichen planus. It's a chronic condition which affects the skin and mucous membranes with characteristic violaceous papules.
It would be best to treat it at the earliest or it could progress.
The best treatment for this would be application of Triamcinolone acetonide cream twice daily on the affected area. You will need a prescription for the same. You need to follow up with your dermatologist to monitor the condition.
