Resolved question:
I discovered a type of cut on my uncircumcised penis , right beside frenulum.
It doesn't bleed , and I see no difference after a week.
I am sexually active, and I do not know when this cut happened or even how.
I feel very in the dark and am worried.
I'd like to know what this cut may be, and how long it should take until it heals.
Is this common?
I'm 37 yrs old , never had any problem like this before.
I hope you can shed some light.
I've attached an image
Thanks.

Hello. Thank you for choosing DoctorSpring.com.
I can understand your concern.
You seem to be having the cut either due to yeast infection or due to trauma or friction.
I would recommend application of mupirocin cream mixed with clotrimazole cream twice a day for two weeks. This should help in healing the cut.
In case you get recurrent cuts, it would be best to rule out herpes .
Please let me know if you have any queries.
Take care

Hello again, so I've put the cream you had advised for 2 weeks, and there was very little change, hard for me to know if it healed or still same size since I see it every day.
Ive consulted with a dermatologist, the dr. Was not sure, he told me it looked like trauma but could not be certain, he told me to keep it clean and dry, like blow dry it dry, and then put some ile cream.
Since he was uncertain he sent me to see another dr which specializes in microbiology and infectious diseases. He saw it and said it looked like trauma, and told me it looks healed, but it's not!
it stings at the area of the cut. He tested my blood and days later all results came in negative.
So, I can rule that out, yet still I have this cut, or tear. I have no clue what to do, I'm following the instructions I was given, but I see no result at all after a week.
I've refrained from any sexual activity or masturbation, it's over a month now.
Can you please advise?
Hello
Could you please post a current picture.
That would help me advise you better.

Here is The Photo you requested.
Hello,
Thanks for your reply.
Based on your history and looking at the picture, I would recommend ruling out syphilis. Has your doctor done the test for syphilis?
In case it's negative it would be worthwhile to repeat it once again, taking injection penicillin if test is positive might help in resolving the cut.
Take care
Both drs said no syphilis. Test was negative, furthermore , they both told me that syphilis looks and behaves differently. There is zero discharge, it looks and feels like a cut (trauma) in photos my finger is spreading the wound so that you may see, otherwise, you would not spot it. In it's normal state it is not very visible , it's like a hairline along the frenulum.
I don't know who else to see, any other ideas?
Hello
Thanks for your reply.
Having a non healing wound, no bleeding, in the genital area could point to a std.
Since all the tests are negative, one more possibility that needs to be ruled out is diabetes.
Apart from that, i would advise you to consult a STD specialist who can rule out the exact cause.
When i see the picture, I have no opportunity to examine it which is really essential in your case to come to an accurate diagnosis.
Regards.
