I just had a Hsg done earlier today . There was
Cramping during the procedure which I was told
But after an hour of using heat pad I was Okay.
So the whole day was fine as I ate antibiotic as told by doctor
Before and after dinner today. But I can't sleep up until now as
I started to keep wanting to go pee . It's 5am and I started to try to sleep at 1am.
I've always been the type that pees pretty quickly after
Drinking water but today is worst and I think is the Hsg
Is this normal ? The pee doesnt hurt at all I just need to go and I am not
Cramping . Kind of worried . Please advise . Thank you

Dear madam,
The bladder can get disturbed during HSG and thus the symptoms of urgency and frequency appear.
There is nothing much to worry about. Start yourself on T. Solifenacin 5 mg once daily under the guidance of your doctor and you shall be fine.

Right after I drink water, does this mean my kidneys are weak?
Also , instead of taking medication are there any more natural foods to help with urinating? Such as cranberry juice? Thank you very much

You have over active bladder; kidneys are fine. Natural food additives shall not help. You need to be on medications.
