As far as I know microphage cell would attack and fight with the virus or etc. Which enter into the blood. Do you think microphage cell could eat or engulf the small wood particle which get into vein by accident. Or is there any symptom directly?
Second is wood golf tee cut my finger vein almost 8month ago and i took the investigation of heart by eco yesterday. And result is no problem on the function of heart.
My concern is if there is little wood particle below 1mm which stuck on the layer of endocadium, can doctor see and check the presence of that particle or if it is small doctor could miss it?
If doctor could find it eventhough it is small icould finish my concern.

From your description, most likely you are suffering from seroma/pseudocyst of pinna, which is collection of fluid between ear cartilage and skin.
Treatment includes aspiration and pressure bandage (dressing). Bandage is required for a week time because recurrence of collection of fluid is very common.
The role of Tab. Dapsone 100mg once daily for a months is also mentioned in literature but before starting local physician should confirm the diagnosis.
To prevent cauliflower ear which is due to pericondritis (which is infection of the tissue covering the cartilage of the pinna), Tab. Ciprofloxacin 500 mg two times daily for 5 days can be started.
You should not use ice but you can use brufen to reduce pain and inflammation.

When I think back to not having physical trauma to the ear I actually thought of something.
I craked my neck on the same side as the ear. This requires me to reach my right hand to the left side of my head over the top of my head to pull down to my right shoulder. I do this multiple times a day to relieve tension in the left side of my neck.
When I grab the left side of my head the top of my ear is under my hand under alot of pressure as I pull down my head to crack my neck.
Doing this multiple times daily could have damaged the ear allowing fluid to form cauliflower ear?
I woke up this morning with a little bit more fluid in the ear, so should I get it drained immediatly today or wait till tomorrow.

Seroma can occur following trauma or spontaneously. It need to be aspirated, not urgent, you can get it done today or tomorrow according to continence.
You can start ciprofloxacin 500 mg to prevent perichondritis.
