Your father recently underwent a pci to lcx for inferior myocardial infarction.
Now he has headache and dry cough.
Kindly answer the following to ascertain the medical history -
Is he on medication like nitroglycerin or isosorbide mononitrate or isosorbide dinitrate. These may cause headache.
What type of headache does he have
Is it over entire head or one half
Is it throbbing
Did it occur previously
Does he have any other problem with headache like visual disturbance photophobia vomiting tingling in limbs
How lng does it last
Regarding your cough.. is your father on drug like ramipril
has he got sore throat
Does the cough occur more on lying down
Does it occur only at night. . What time
Does he have breathlessness
Is the cough dry or productive
