My weight is 107 kg & height is 171 cm, I am working an engineer in site of Saudi Arabia.
I am suffering a period of more than 6 months of pain in the throat is average and I saw after a period white pill in the roof of the mouth and the other one in the lower lip, in my review of the doctor prescribe me medication for the treatment of acidity in the throat even though I no longer had this but it is no longer a me any pain but the roof constant throat pain.
I also suffer from change my habits in the stool and the presence of mucus in the stool, and sometimes I see blood and puff after a little food and eating when the doctor photographed UltraSound and stool analysis described to me everything normal and that the blood caused by hemorrhoids with that my habits in Stool continuing not to regularity and the presence of mucus.
And when i check for F.O.B. test and found a positive result despite the optional stool samples for no apparent blood on them.

I can understand that you are in a significant amount of pain but further details would help me asses whether the pain is muscular or bony in origin:
1) what is your age and gender?
2) did you experience any trauma to the lower back? even if that includes lifting heavy weight?
3)can you rate the pain on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being unbearable pain? have you tried any pain medications which have helped?
4)does the pain move anywhere? like down your legs? do you have any other symptoms?
Low back pain can be from a variety of causes: from a kidney stone or disc prolapse or nerve compression or any cause which narrows the spinal column. At the very least you will need a lumbar X-Ray and an MRI to determine the cause for your back pain.
