dear dr i have accidentally clicked on the end consulation thing did you get my last letter.? i have enclosed the report of the xray i had last year. i do not think i have anxiety as this thing is always there wether i am calm or upset. its even there when i am sleeping. this is not in my imagination it is really there . a cold watery feeling inside my chest only on the left side and in the centre of my chest. like water driping only icy cold. i also have a tickle in my throat with stuff i tr and spit out . t is very difficult for me to cough anythink out. i also get chills and wake up with sweat. my dr says i have asthma. why does everyne say somethink different? i am confused.they said i had bronchitis last ear and this feeling has not gone away ever since they said that i had bronchitis last ear . i never had this before i got broncitis. my chest wa normal inside i never had this problem . it will not go away no matter what i take. i ahve rubbed ut things on the report to protect my identity i am sorry the report is upside down. are you sayig i should see a nut dr? i am not crazy. but everyone is trying to make me sound that way another way of saying we dont want to help you why are they being mean tome? this is just making me feel more and mre upset thanking u sincerely polly i have included the reort from the heart test i had i remenber yo said you wanted me to send thankyou

I got all your reports reviewed by our pulmonologist as well as the cardiologist.
Yes, you do have some bronchitis, but that does not explain the symptoms at all.
Moreover, after getting multiple opinions, and all agree that the reports are completely normal.
This is mostly because of your anxiety and it is not a mental disorder at all. In fact all of us suffer from varying degrees of anxiety. You are taking undue tension about medical matters which in our opinion are perfectly fine. I appreciate that you have trusted us to help you taking th right decision and in that spirit, I suggest you relax and the other doctors may be mean in mannerism, but I suggest you to listen to them and take the next best steps. All we can do from a distance is help you with information to make the best decision.

dear dr many thanks for letter. if i have got bronchitis please tell me what do i have to take to make it get better anf will it get better? bcause this had een gong on for to long. all i want is to get etter from this i was alright before i got this bronchitis and haent een right ever since. the reason i am axious is becasue they wont give me any medicine for my problems thats whats making me feel anxious and worried. and scared. it would make anbody feel sad and worried by the way thier treating me thay are giving me the feelings f anxiety and despair. they have broken my heart . me and my sister are unhappy and sad and they dont care. we are both heartbroken and sad my sister wants someone to get me better. and i would want somene to get er better. we are not bad people. have yo been tlaking to them? they will say all sorts of horrible stuff . please do not lsten to them . please tell me what do i have to take to get rid of bronchitis becasue i have taken vitamns the puffer and nothing works. please tell me what to take sincerely polly and i am sorry but i dont beleive anythink them over ere say becasue i know the are lyers and as hard as nails to me and my sister. but not to anyone else ther as nice as pie and helpful me and my sister are looked down as two pieces as shit sorr about the launguge but its true you have no dea what they done to me . they have damaged me not just mentally but physcially . i am sorry bt they are hard as nails and have no hearts or care. i think they beleive in te devil myself becasue thier not christians . they laugh at people who are sick and need help . thye should be struck of being a dr in my book . thier nasty meanos thier quacks and withc drs i should g to a vet instead of them thier quacks and fake people i am sorry but the dr i see must be as hard as nails in my book he laughs at me and my sisters distraught and says its all my fault when its his for not helping me hes as crazy as ell. es not right in the head hes insane. hes not fit to be a dr in my book. hes unfit to practice. hes a witch dr and a fake person. i am sorry but he is

I want to help you and I am not trying to be mean or ignore your issues.
I will advise a course of Pulmocef 500 mg twice daily ( Cefixime ) to be taken for 2 weeks, along with Montek-Lc once daily at bed time.
If you take this course for a week, you will feel a lot better.
Please get the medicines.
