I am very worried and hope you can help me. I have had a colonosopy and upper gi and there was nothing found but gastritis. I am struggliing with diarheea. Been goin on for about a month. I am worried i have pancreatic cancer. don't have pain or anything. i have been diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome but it hasn't bothered me in a long time.

If you have diarrhea for only one month, it is less likely to be irritable bowel syndrome.
There are many different causes for chronic diarrhea.
Pancreatic cancer does not cause diarrhea. So you need not worry that you might be having pancreatic cancer.
You need to consult a gastroenterologist for evaluation of diarrhea.
Tests for infections, malabsorption including celiac may have to be done.
Upper GI endoscopy with small intestinal biopsy and colonoscopy and if needed a capsule endoscopy or enteroscopy may have to be done.
Discuss with your gastroenterologist about these tests.
Take probiotics, yogurt, zinc supplement for the time being.
