Hi Doctor,
I have a question regarding shared straws/notes and cocaine use. I was at a party on the weekend and was offered a line of cocaine. I don't ever do drugs but this time I accepted for some reason (I did 2 lines in total). My question is, is there any chance of Hep C, HIV transmission through an act such as this? Do I need to worry or am I over reacting?

You have undergone early menopause.
Your ultrasound report from a gynecological point of view is completely normal.
The uterus shows adhesions and calcifications, which is the reason for absent periods.
The ovaries are small and atrophic, which is also normal after menopause.
There is absolutely no reason to get any surgery done.
NO medication is required for the condition.
Since you are having urinary issues, and there is some sludge in the kidneys, please consult a Urologist for some medication.
