Resolved question:
My father had a cerebral infarction a few days ago,now is in hospital,all the tests came in range and good,nothing found at CT scan,he can move is left hand and leg but he can't feel them,he can talk,he remembers everybody,and what happend,but is sleeping since (4days) he can't stay awake,the doctors say that will be fine.Now we wait for his turn at RMN scan.what do you think? :(

The symptoms are suggestive of a mild ischemic stroke, where the blood supply to a part of brain is blocked. Based on the symptoms, the likely area affected could be thalamus and hypothalamus. Normal CT scan excludes brain hemorrhage and a large ischemic stroke. The diagnosis can be confirmed on MrI scan of brain.
As your doctors said, your father would recover over time.
Medications would include aspirin and statins. In addition, any risk factor such as high BP, sugars, or cholesterol should be looked for and treated accordingly.
