Resolved question:
Dear doctor, is it enough to eliminate cardiac issues by using usual stress Echocardiogram and EKG? I am male of at 35 year old with healthy routines and habits such as vegetarian, non-smoker, occasional drinker, constant healthy weight, fasting sugar level at 90, no hereditary history of cardiac problems, triglyceride at 154, ldl 96, hdl 34, the ratio of waist to hip is 0.9 and blood pressure 114/74. Within 4 years I itself was moved to ER 8 times for chest pain, discomfort, palpitations and burning. I underwent to heart monitor and took many blood works and EKG but everything got normal. Doctors advised gastric and reflux causes. I did two normal endoscopies, as a result of Barium swallow reflux was found out. Now I am taking the 50mg of Prilosec daily, I have already treated for hPylori now it’s completely cured. Do I need to try for any cardiac evaluations? Your suggestions are very valuable to me.

Dear you asked a very good query, still there is a possibility to generate cardiovascular disease even if the treatments and checkups were done correctly. Because of your heart examinations are examined by a physician. Experts can find out if you are completely healthy or not and at least you need a steady evaluation. In our 20s we should check up twice in every 5years, in our 30s it should be thrice in 3 to 4 years, four times in our 40s, our 50s and 60s it should be every year.
