Hi doctor, I am worried about a sexual encounter I had last month where I have gone to massage shop and the girl gave me full body massage and she gave me a handjob using soap and water no candom, I got fever a week ago lasted to two-3 days then nothing more, do I need to get tested again for HIV?
Two weeks after this encounter I tested HIV ( ab + ag) and it was negative. Can I have normal sex with my wife?
I don't remeber I have seen any blood in her hand I am not sure if her hand were scrached or there was any fresh cuts.
Regarding HIV testing 4th generation how accurate is it after 3 weeks as there were so many information on the Internet but most are saying its 100% and now UK labs all confirmed 4 weeks.

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
But unfortunately, modern medical sciences, has not developed any such test to identify if your husband is having sex or not. Among females, its possible to determine whether a lady is a spinster or is having regular sex.But same thing is not possible with males.
It would be better if you hire some detective services to keep a watch on your husband and give you some feedback,.
