Hello. Thanks for choosing Doctorspring.com
I went through both your ECG reports and your CXR. And the good news is both are absolutely normal. However its important to find out the cause of your chest pain. So if you can elaborate on the type of pain, then it will be helpful.
1) Where exactly is the pain? Is it localized to some area or throughout?
2) What is the type of the pain ? Sharp pricking type or dull ?
3) Does it increase in intensity on laying down ? Or any other aggravating factors ?
4) Do you have any breathlessness associated with the pain ?
Most commonly, patients at young age presenting with chest pain, can be attributed to GERD ( Gastro- Oesophageal Reflux Disease ). It is a problem with the esophageal sphincter which does not close properly, after food intake, hence the food gets regurgitated and it cause irrtation of the lining of the esophagus leading to chest pain. This is when patients present with chest pain, which can be severe and is localised at the center of the chest. I am just explaining this to you, so that in case you are experiencing something similar, then you can give your history and I can assist you further.
Do write to us again with additional history,

Dear Dr, thanks for your awesome answer. I cant goo english but I try to explain. The pain is in all chest, but mainly left side. Pain is constant and sometimes comes type as a Knife or a burn inside, I have a little shortness of breath (but Oxymetry shows Oxy saturation 99%). I have GERD confirmed and take dayly esomeprazol. I feel as my heart accelerates and just after deccelerates. I hope you ccan understand and Im more calm to hear that you think EKG and CXR are ok. Many thanks and regards from Brazil
Thanks a lot for writing to us again.
Your english is perfectly fine sir and i am glad you're feeling better after my answer. You're very young and GERD is what is causing the symptoms. I will advise you, as i am sure you have been advised before :
1) Avoid oily and fatty food.
2) Avoid too much salt in the food.
3) Try not to lay down immediately after food consumption. It increases chances of GERD.
4) Drink lots of water after food intake.
5) Try mild walking everyday ( 30 - 40 minutes of walking everyday is like an anti-ageing pill and it will help your symptoms too ).
6) In case you're overweight, try losing weight with a combination of healthy diet and exercise. That will also alleviate your symptoms.
7) Avoid smoking / drinking at any cost.
8) Have small meals.
Sine you confirmed the pain is of burning type, it again indicates GERD. Regarding your heart rate accelerating, i feel it is more due to anxiety and can also be related to GERD.
Try to follow the steps i told you, and you will be fine.
It is a pleasure to get patients like you who appreciate our work.
Let me know, if i can assist you further.
Take care
