The motility of the semen is marginally low, but that does not really matter. Other values are all within normal range, so the concerned person can definitely have babies.
Just a healthy diet with multivitamin supplements, and regular exercise is all that is required.

But i heared if anyone should have at least rapidly or forword or progressive motile should above 32%
So in this case which i showed for u in the report is 30% which is less than 32%
