Your burn looks quite infected. There seems to be a bacterial infection causing the large pink circle as well.
I would recommend that you take an oral antibiotic like azithromycin for it. You will require a prescription for it. Also application of mupirocin cream twice a day for two weeks will be helpful. In case of pain you can take a paracetamol for it.
This will slowly help resolve the infection.
