Resolved question:
Hello, I have had a problem for a few years now.
Every time it gets hot, or I'm embarrassed, or nervous, my body starts to itch. Back of the head and the upper part of my back mostly.
I try not to scratch it because that would probably make it worse. I don't know what to do, this even happens in the shower when the water is warm. The majority of the time it's triggered by awkward social situations and anxiety I suppose, which happens to me a lot.
tl;dr Itching when it gets hot or I'm embarrassed. No real visual symptoms that I know of.
This may be unrelated but I also thought I had a whiteish discoloration on my tongue, and google told me it might be something called candida.
Please help.

Hello,
Thank you for asking your query at DoctorSpring.
It seems that you have a condition called Sweat Hypersensitivity and/or mild Cholinergic Urticaria. This is caused by body's own reaction to sweat and heat. The confirmed diagnosis require some specific tests and you should get in touch with an Allergy and Immunology specialist for that purpose. (Allergen test).
Avoiding sweating is an obvious solution, but of course is not always practical. You can try taking an anti allergic medication like Allegra when you expect such a situation and see whether there is a response. Definitive treatment depends on a conclusive diagnosis.
Hope this helps
