Blood analysis report of GAMMA-GT, SGPT, SGOT in alcoholic.

Resolved question:
I am going through a terrible divorce and me and my husband are currently fighting for custody of 3 children (age3-8). He is accusing me of a continuous drinking problem. I tried various times to do the normal blood alcohol test. The child psychiatrist who we currently seeing, told me that there is various liver tests that can also be done to indicated a continuous drinking problem.

Pathcare is South Africa's leading blood analysis specialists and I have done the following tests with them

My results General indicators
S-Alk-Fosfatase 43 30-120 IU/L
S-Gamma GT 24 smaller than 38 IU/L
S-Alt (SGPT) 19 smaller than 35 IU/L
S-AST (SGOT) 19 smaller than 35 IU/L

I also attach the actual report from Pathcare for better clarity.

Pathcare told me that the results speaks from themselves and are all very low

The child psychiatrist that we currently seeing now also insist on a written doctors report in regards to the above results. Would it be possible to give a written report?

Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
All your values are within normal limits, and this values do not suggest anything wrong with the liver, which can arise due to continuous drinking, especially the gamma-GT values.
However, legally we are not allowed to give reports, or prescriptions online, so I will apologise for that.
Medically, looking at these values, it does not show continuous drinking issues.
Feel free to discuss further,
Regards.
