Bell clapper deformity

Resolved question:
Hi , last time I already see that my one of my testicle move more freely and sometimes i saw horizontal but I didn't concern much , while this month currently , i doing my research that bell clapper deformity is more likely to horizontal .... So I go check my testicle everyday because I scare I have testicle torsion ... I saw sometimes , when my testicle turn like bell sharp after 5 to 10 min it will turn back to normal and I didn't feel any pain and last 2weeks that I have my ultrasound scan was normal ... No mass , nothing's all normal... Should I have a surgery to fix bell clapper deformity? I very worry..

Hello,

Thank you for choosing DoctorSpring.

Testes on its own has some amount of mobility. But If you have a testis which rotate on its own then its better to get it fixed by surgery. It will prevent torsion in future. Its a simple procedure with no complications.

But first step is to confirm whether you do have real testes rotation. You can get in touch your Urologist. If it is there then I would strongly recommend a surgical correction and fixation.

Hope this helps

Just now i when to bath and i saw again form horizontal again and i dont not feel any pain ,when after bath the testis turn back to normal vertical and no pain at all... its this normal ? Currently i living in australia ... by the way tommorrow night i going back to my country... if i need consult doctor can i go back to my country to consult ? Will i have problem in this 36 hours ?

No, you are unlikely to have any problem is 36 hours. You can wait. use a good fitting undergarment. Avoid hot / cold exposure. you should get a Urologist opinion for sure. If there is a risk for torsion then I would recommend surgery. Even if you don't surgery you might not get torsion or complications. But if torsion happens its a painful complication and you stand the risk of loosing a healthy testes. So I would recommend surgery if indicated. It is a simple procedure.

Well, if you are not doing Surgery ( and you have a real testicular instability ) you have a risk of testicular torsion. This is not normal Torsion is not very common, but not rare either.
