Hello.. I sustained a back injury on a construction site early November.. I had to strain to get up and I thought I went to the bathroom on myself.. When I went to the bathroom I have a painful lump on my bottom.. So now my back and my ass hurts worse . What do I do?

Coming to the lump in the bottom
