Resolved question:
I am a 20 yr old male, I have noticed the last few years, I painless bumps around my Anus, I always figured they were hemmroids or something of the matter, due to always have constipation and horrible stomach issues as a child. I was wanting a professional opinion if this is something to do with anal warts or not? I have never had anal intercourse or neither been orally involved in that, and also have never had any genital warts or other signs of hpv. At times these bumps are easy to remove. They don't seem like warts to me but I am unsure, they seem very skin like. I am just kinda nervous about all if this, I am attaching a picture as well. Thank you.

Hello
Thanks for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com. I can understand your concern.
You seem to be having anal warts. These are caused by hpv virus. This is usually sexually transmitted. I would recommend application of aldara cream on the warts which would resolve them.
You will need a prescription for the cream. Please let me know if you have any queries.

Okay, thanks for the information. Should I be worried about anything to do with HIV? I known warts are a form or HPV. I just didnt know. I was tested roughly a year and a half ago and I tested negative for all stds and I have only had 1 sexual (protected) and oral partner since then. I'm sure I'm just being worrisome but I was just wondering.
Hello
Thanks for your reply.
It's not necessary that since you have anal warts you would have hiv. However, anal warts suggest a high risk sexual behavior. Since the tests have revealed that you do not have hiv, it would be ok to assume that you do not have hiv. But it's best to get regular testing done and have a protected sexual intercourse.

Okay. Lastly, do canker sores of the mouth have any relation to hpv? I just have bad canker sores at the moment. I drink a lot of acidic drinks and such. But I wasn't sure. Thanks!
Hello. Thank you for writing to us again.
Canker sores in the mouth are not related to hpv.
It can be due to the acidic drinks.
