Hi I'm a 29 year old female about 5'2. 5'3 and around 100lbs. I'm diagnosed with anorexia purging subtype, fibromylagia, chronic Insomnia, impulse control disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, panic attacks, bipolar 2, and major depression as well as Ibs, ulcers In stomach, gastritis. I had my esophagus diluated few months back because I couldn't swallow anything. I also
have severe gerd and heart issues that they have not yet diagnosed she to lack of severity. . At the moment I'm doing well with my recovery from my eating disorder. But for the past almost 2 weeks. I have been have stomach bloating after I eat or drink anything, sharp pain around left side of stomach around belly button area, also severe nausea which is making it hard for me
To eat, random bouts of vomiting and really bad fatigue. It's been going on for years old patientoff and on it can lasf weeks or scan months but I can't get a doctor to help me because of my eating disorder history. Right now I'm barely eating or drinking the pain is too bad then ass I'm the bloated distended stomach severe nauaea and then the running to bathroom to vomit from time to time.

I have had 3 egd's done over mayb past 4-5 years. That's how I got all my stomach and throat diagnosis. I don't rememeber them all but I know some are: esophagitis, damaged vocal chords, gastrists, ulcers in my stomach, Irratable bowel syndrome. I have also has my esophagus diluated this past year think it was April. I was choking on my food and water and the doc who did it said that's the farthest he's every had to diluate someone's esophagus. I have bad h pylori on the past. No I don't have diabetes but it runs in my family.

The esophagitis and ulcers itself eplains your gastric symptoms.
Have you taken any medication for your H Pylori?
H Pylori infection contributes to ulcers, esophagitis, lack of appetite, blood vomiting, e.t.c
You need to start a 2 week regimen of Clarithromycin + Omeprazole + Amoxycillin.
I will advise you discuss it with your family physician who can write a prescription for the same, and the symptoms would subside.

The h pylori has already been treated. I had it years old patientago. And I don't have a copy of the report
I don't have a family doctor right now I just got Medicaid so now have to find a doctor.

Take a course of Rifaximin and probiotics and Reglan for relief.
