Hello,
Thank you for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
You are suffering from watery nasal discharge and post nasal drip. Your sinuses are normal on CT scan.
Most likely you are suffering from vasomotor rhinitis.
You can start following medication-
Tab. Solvincold two times daily for one week
Metaspray nasal spray one spray in each nostril two times for daily for one month.
You need not to worry about small deviation of septum.
Hope this helps,
Feel free to discuss further,

Hello,
Thank you for your follow up at DoctorSpring.com
The condition you have is termed vasomotor rhinitis/non-allergic rhinitis which is a syndrome where there is a combination of sneezing, nasal discharge, nasal congestion and post nasal discharge without a specific cause.
The condition can at best be managed by trying different medications and see the one which best provides you symptomatic relief. You are already on the appropriate medication, solvin cold (pseudoephedrine) and metaspray (mometasone) and it may occur that in most patients with your condition, the medication is needed on a daily and long term basis.
In addition to the current medication which I would advise you to do nasal rinsing with a salt water solution one or more times a day, do this before you use nasal medication so the lining of your nose is freshly cleaned when the medication is applied. For now, I would advise you to continue the medications as per the recommended regimen.
Hope this helps, feel free to discuss further
