Hello,
Thank you for your query to DoctorSpring.com
I would advise you to visit your nearest emergency right away to be examined by a physicina in person and the possibility of a CT scan. Whenever there is trauma to the head, and it is followed by loss of consciousness, a CT is necessary to rule out a brain bleed. It is one of the precautionary things which gets routinely done.
Also do mention do your physician how long you were passed out? Was there any associated bleeding from your ear or nose? Did you vomit?
Hope this helps, feel free to discuss further
Patient replied :
I only lost consciousness long enough to fall to the ground. My arms being numb was a big concern of mine. Like I said before I've never had something like this happen to me so it is scary to me.
Hello,
I will advise you to get a CT scan right away to rule out brain bleed.
Sometimes even after injury they can be masked, and symptoms manifest after 3-4 days.
So it's better you get a CT done immediately. You can upload the reports once it is ready.
Regards.
